Optimization and You

In addition to optimizing EHR workflows for continuous quality improvement and patient care, optimization can be utilized throughout all areas of your clinic. PCMH, ACOs and other enhanced patient care initiatives provide organizations the opportunity to review, analyze and optimize quality of patient care.
In this webcast we will discuss the similarities of PCMH, ACOs, and Meaningful Use and how all of these programs encourage optimization. We will provide some simple EHR optimization strategies including Site Assessments, Workflow Analysis and Role/User Assessments, along with some ideas for other areas within your organization.
