About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our data migration team and support daily operations across multiple functions. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and sales support, assist with internal initiatives, and help coordinate staffing needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Support internal planning initiatives and team communications
- Manage accounts payable processes
- Assist with financial reporting and tracking
- Provide sales team support (e.g., scheduling calls, preparing statements of work, contributing to RFPs) for the data migration team
- Help with staffing coordination and onboarding of new resources
- Maintain and update shared documents, templates, and reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team efficiency and workflow
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an administrative, operations, or support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the full suite of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with healthcare IT, sales, or staffing coordination is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Salary range: $60-75,000 annually commensurate with experience
