We take our relationship building very seriously. Beer, Summer Fridays and Endless Coffee
As the week comes to a close, we like to offer up a tease to the fun times ahead by finishing our work on a Friday afternoon with a beer in hand. If beer’s not your thing, feel free to grab a glass of wine or some tasty juice! Moreover, our office kitchens are stocked with some of the tastiest coffee flavors imaginable. Don’t like what you see? Let someone know, and we’ll order what you prefer! When summer hits Galen, we like to take advantage of the warm weather as much as possible. One Friday a month, Galeneers can take a half day and enjoy summer the right way…outside!
At Galen, we like to give back to the communities that have given us so much. Once a quarter, Galeneers are able to volunteer at an organization of their choice and support a cause close to their heart. It’s time that the company offers without team members having to take PTO.
The Cultural Evolution
Galen’s culture is not something we want to leave up to chance. It is a collective effort that embodies our 5 Main Things constantly. Our Leadership and Management actively pursue ways to ensure that Galen’s culture is evolving in a healthy, productive manner. Forums are created for team members to express opinions and share ideas. Galen team meetings occur on a monthly and quarterly basis where Leadership has the opportunity to be transparent with all team members, discuss new ideas and offer details about the company’s current state of affairs. We like to make sure that there is an open line of communication at all times. Starting with our fellow colleagues all the way up to our CEO, you can IM, email or call anyone at any time. We work very hard to nurture what is uniquely us and look forward to seeing how our culture evolves!
