Responsibilities: 

The Data Analyst/Report Writer will produce both ad hoc and recurring flat-file reports as requested by our customers against the archived data in VitalCenter Online. As a report writer, you are responsible for interpreting customer and internal requests for reports, developing the report in T-SQL form, and producing the report for the target audience in a form that is both concise and meets the requirements set forth in the request.

Required Skills:

• 2+ Years of RDMS/Report Writing Experience
• Query tuning experience
• MSSQL (Microsoft SQL Server) / T-SQL (or other similar DBMS technology such as Oracle, MySQL, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with sharded database architecture
• Azure and Azure SQL Database
• Basic object-oriented coding skills (PowerShell, C#, etc.)
• Experience with healthcare and patient financial data sets
