Responsibilities:
The Data Archival Project Manager will use their interpersonal, communication and organization skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders and drive each project toward completion. Our projects are clinical, business, and technical in nature and it is critical that you can communicate effectively with all these audiences. We support our clients by extracting data from their previously used EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems and loading that data into our data archival product, VitalCenter Online, providing a safe, secure, and easy way to access legacy data.
Essential Duties:
- Building strong relations with clients and co-workers
- Managing client expectations
- Leading conference calls, producing agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams towards project success
- Maintain project plans
- Responsible for keeping projects on time and within scope
- Managing multiple projects, across a wide array of clients
Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- EMR, Patient Accounting, or ERP application experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience in practice management or claims processing preferred, but not required
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Experience leading a team in some capacity
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare or related fields
- Applicants must be a U.S Resident or currently able to legally work in the United States
Work Location and Schedule Requirements:
This position can be 100% remote. Work from home requirements are:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
- High Speed Internet Service
- It is a requirement that employees work in a distraction free workplace
We also have offices in Burlington, VT, Chicago, IL and Boston, MA.
Salary: Starting at $75,000 commensurate with experience
