Technical Architecture Training
This course gives students the skills to monitor and maintain their Allscripts TouchWorks® EHR server environment. Over the course of four days, students will learn about the technologies that support the Allscripts TouchWorks® EHR application. Designed for systems administrators, this course provides an in-depth look at the various server components, software components and how they interact. Students will leave the class with a clear understanding of how to support and maintain the environment.
Sample Course Topics include: System Architecture: EEHR Architecture Overview, Web, DB, Message, Scan, Analytics, and Event Bus Server Details, Monitoring Performance, System Maintenance: Tasks and Troubleshooting, Software Configuration: Multi-Org Options, Environment Maintenance: COE and WCR, Client Updates: Medcin, Note Forms, and CareGuides.
